That’s why we offer a written health guarantee that covers congenital and hereditary conditions for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If within this period, your licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-threatening congenital issue, we will work with you to find a fair and compassionate solution, which may include a replacement kitten from a future litter or financial assistance, depending on the circumstances. To activate this guarantee, the buyer must have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival. This initial vet visit confirms that the kitten arrived in good health and sets the stage for a lifetime of proper care. If any issues are found during this exam, we ask to be contacted immediately with full documentation from your vet.

It’s important to us that our kittens are adopted by families who are committed to their lifelong care. Our guarantee does not cover health issues that result from neglect, improper diet, accidents, or failure to provide timely veterinary care. Likewise, minor issues such as stress-related diarrhea, coccidia, or other treatable conditions that may occasionally surface during transition are not considered life-threatening and are typically mild and temporary. We do our best to prepare our kittens for the change in environment, but just like humans, stress can affect young animals in small ways when they’re adjusting to a new home. We are always available to provide guidance on how to ease this transition gently.

For families who are not able to pick up their kitten in person, we offer a safe and secure shipping process within the continental United States. We know that shipping a pet can feel nerve-wracking, but we promise to treat the process with the utmost care and professionalism. All of our kittens travel in airline-approved, comfortable, and ventilated carriers with soft bedding, food, and water packs to ensure they stay calm and hydrated throughout the journey. We only work with trusted pet flight nannies and USDA-registered pet transport services who specialize in animal travel and understand the unique needs of small kittens.

When shipping via air, we coordinate all details and make the process as stress-free as possible for you. We’ll confirm the flight itinerary, provide you with the tracking information, and stay in close contact throughout the trip. Kittens are booked on flights that offer the shortest possible travel time, and they are placed in climate-controlled areas to avoid exposure to extreme temperatures. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a full care package that includes your kitten’s health records, starter food, comfort toy with the scent of our home, and care instructions to help ease their adjustment.

In some cases, when feasible, we also offer delivery via ground transport for families within driving distance. This personalized option allows for even greater attention and comfort during travel.
